More Than Just A Workout
After a decade-long career as a professional dancer, I bring a deep understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and performs. I began my coaching career at Ultimate Performance in Mayfair, one of the world’s leading body transformation gyms. There, I worked with both men and women from a wide range of backgrounds, and my client transformations were featured in publications including The Daily Express and Men’s Health. I take great pride in delivering exceptional, personalised results for every individual I work with.
My coaching approach is truly 360°. Personal training isn’t just about the hour we spend together in the gym, it’s about the habits, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle choices you make outside of it. I support you in all of these areas to help you achieve real, sustainable, and long-lasting results.
